After practicing for over 15 years in international law firms, Virginie embarked on the entrepreneurial adventure and founded Lyrès.

Virginie is recognized as having an extensive experience in Corporate M&A, acquired in particular within the firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where she practiced for 10 years.

She assists a clientele comprised of large French and international groups, French small / mid-cap companies, their managers and individual entrepreneurs in all corporate law aspects. She advises them on all matters relating to company law as well as in the context of their complex national or cross-border transactions.

Virginie is particularly active in the banking, real estate, renewable energies and new technologies sectors.
