Sarah advises on all corporate law matters, on merger and acquisition transactions (national and cross-border) as well as on financing related to these transactions.
Before Lyrès
Prior to joining Lyrès, Sarah practiced for several years in leading law firms abroad, including within the Magic Circle.
Sarah also undertook the following roles:
- Legal expert on public-private partnerships in the renewal energy sector (Madagascar, GIZ, program « GIZ-PERER ») ;
- Member of the Intellectual Property Committee and Legal Committee for the WhiteBook 2016 & 2017 (European chamber of commerce in Vietnam).
